Ralph B. Pelletier, 73, of Chicopee, passed away July 31, 2022 at Baystate Medical Center in the care and comfort of his loving family. Born July 14, 1949, Ralph was raised in Springfield by his mother Ann F. (Spada) Pelletier and two aunts along with his two brothers and cousin. Ralph graduated from Springfield Technical High School and took pride in his career as a CNC Programmer at Chapman Valve Co., Crane Co., Nortec and C and G Machine.
Ralph leaves his devoted son, Brian, and his wife, Michelle Regnier Pelletier and his beloved grand-daughter Kennedy Pelletier, all of Wilbraham. Ralph’s loving wife of 18 years, Pamela “PJ” (Hogan) Pelletier, passed away in 2019. Ralph also leaves PJ’s three children, Michael, Maggie and Sean, his 7 beloved step-grandchildren and two great-step-grandchildren. Ralph also leaves his brother, David Pelletier, and his spouse James Potter of CA, his sister in law, Linda Pelletier of Ware, his adoring aunt, Katherine Spada of Springfield and cousin, Mark Guindon of Hampden. Ralph was predeceased by his brother, Lawrence “Butch” Pelletier, and his nephew, Christopher Pelletier. Ralph is also survived by Brian’s loving mother, Sally Bellerose and her wife, Cynthia Suopis.
Ralph was an avid musician who loved playing the guitar. He’s better known as the local musician, “Dan E. Wells”. Ralph enjoyed fishing in the Quabbin Reservoir and loved time spent with family in Ogunquit, Maine.
A Celebration of Ralph’s life will be held Thursday August 4, 2022 at 6PM at the Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham with calling hours Thursday from 4-6.
