Glen D Davis 58, raised in Palmer MA., and lived in Springfield MA. Glen was a man of extraordinary talents, but his most beautiful talent was his capacity to love. His kind and gentle spirit touched everyone he knew. His world revolved around his wife Jane. They shared a love most people only wish for. His pride and joy was his daughter Meghan and his grandsons, Aiden and Finley. Glen started his long career working in maintenance and landscaping in the town of Palmer and was recently able to retire from the Southwick school district. His passions were many, and he was renowned for his tinkering and ability to fix almost anything. He loved to travel, work on his home, garden and listen to music. But his greatest joy was spending time with family and friends. He loved hiking and shared many miles with his beloved pets Max, Sammi, and Scout. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Walter and Doris Davis of Port St. Lucie, Florida, his wife Jane Gilligan Davis, his daughter Meghan Davis and her partner Liam Ryan of Dummerston, Vermont, his cherished grandsons Aiden and Finley. his siblings; Mark Davis and his wife Laurie, Linda Spelko and her husband John, Bruce Davis and Wendy Davis. Glen loved and was greatly loved by his nieces and nephews as well as Jane’s whole family including his mother-in-law Elaine Gilligan. Glen was loved by many, is deeply missed and will always be cherished. Calling Hours will be held September 12th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Road, Wilbraham, Massachusetts.
