Zuo Hua Liu passed away peacefully at his home in Wilbraham, MA on the morning of April 22, 2026. He was 95 years old. Born in Jilin, China, he followed his children and wife to the United States in 2002 and settled near his daughter in Wilbraham. He was a self-taught tinkerer who loved to upcycle, nature artist, and tai chi teacher at a local church for many years.

He leaves behind his wife of 67 years, Fan Xiu Zhi, his son, Bing (Barbara); daughter, Xiao Jie; and granddaughter, Emily. He is remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather--full of righteousness, but capable of great tenderness. He will be dearly missed.

Visitation hours will be held at Wilbraham Funeral Home on Monday, April 27, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The funeral will take place at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday , April 28, followed by burial at Gate of Heaven cemetery.
