Obituary
Yolanda (Tesini) Esposito, 100, died peacefully on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Springfield to the late Umberto and Linda Tesini, she was a longtime Hampden resident. Yola was the supervisor of the hot lunch program for Hampden schools for many years. She was a faithful communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Hampden and was active at the Hampden Senior Center. Yola was predeceased by her beloved husband Antonio (Tony) and their son Robert. She is survived by her daughter Susan Flint and her husband Douglas of Gilford, NH, her daughter in law Patricia Esposito of Belchertown, grandchildren; Bradford, Brian, Damien and Mark, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Yola’s Funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 26th beginning with Visitation from 10 – 11 AM at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Yola’s Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 AM at St. Mary’s Church, 27 Somers Rd., Hampden. Burial will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Springfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assn., PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241-7005.
