Virginia R. (Graves) Yvon

Virginia R. �Ginger� (Graves) Yvon, 92, died peacefully on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Wingate at East Longmeadow. Born in Springfield, she was daughter of the late Frederick and Anna (Struthers) Graves. She worked as a dental hygienist for local dentist offices for 49 years. She belonged to Trinity United Methodist Church in Springfield and was a member of the Sweet Adelines. Ginger loved to dance, travel and spend time at the beach. She was predeceased by her husband Donald Yvon in 1996. She is survived by her three daughters; Donna Beattie and her husband Philip of Westfield, Dianne Yvon and her husband Robert Bovenschulte of Mendocino, CA and Debra Reardon and her husband Robert of Hampden, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 � 7:00 pm at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Family and friends may gather for Virginia�s Funeral Service on Thursday at 11:00 am at Trinity United Methodist Church, 361 Sumner Ave., Springfield followed by burial in Hillcrest Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
