Obituary
Sue M. (Ferrero) Fiore, 61, died peacefully on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at home. Born in Springfield to the late William and Margaret (McCullough) Ferrero, Sue grew up in East Longmeadow and was a graduate of East Longmeadow High School, class of 1977. She worked in the kitchen at the Holyoke Soldiers’ Home for many years. Sue is survived by her three daughters: Christina Cronin and her husband Ryan, Theresa Sherman and her husband Ben and Brittany Fiore, her brothers: William and John Ferrero, her dear cousin Edith Ferrero, her Aunt Sis Duquette, five grandchildren, many cousins and friends and her longtime friend James Flaharty. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th from 4 – 7 PM at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Family and friends may meet for Sue’s Funeral Mass on Saturday at 10 AM at St. Mary’s Church, 27 Somers Rd., Hampden followed by burial in Old Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to My Sister’s House, 89 Belmont Ave., Springfield, MA 01108.
