Sue Ellen Ducharme, 69, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully Saturday at home, surrounded by her family. Sue was born in Springfield on December 25, 1946, the daughter of the late Gibson L. Bryant, Sr. and Elizabeth (Dennette) Bryant Fortini. She was raised in Springfield and was a graduate of Springfield Trade High School in 1965. She worked for Forbes and Wallace as a cook for many years. Her last job at WNEC she enjoyed very much. She loved her yearly anniversary trips to Mohegan Sun Casino with her husband, but most of all she enjoyed being around her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Gerald Ducharme, Sr. of Springfield. She was the devoted mother to Gerald Ducharme, Jr. and his wife Tami, Candy O� Connor, and Richard Ducharme, all of Springfield. She was the cherished grandmother to Felicia, Alexandra, Samantha, Michael, Jensen, Zachary, Sydney, Logan and Reece, and great grandmother to Julianna, Aalyiah, Kayden and Jorden. She was the caring sister to Gibson Bryant, Jr. and his wife Pamela of Springfield. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7PM at the WILBRAHAM FUNERAL HOME, 2551 Boston Road, Wilbraham. Family and friends may meet for Sue�s Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11:00 AM at Holy Mother of the Rosary Church, 26 Bell Street, Chicopee. Burial will be Wednesday, February 17th at 2:00 pm at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Agawam. Memorial donations may be made in Sue�s name to Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield MA 01104-2396.
