Obituary
Stanley Kukulka died on March 30, 2018. Born in Chicopee on November 22, 1935 to Stella (Brach) Kukulka, he lived in Springfield and attended Trade High School. After his marriage to Dorothy Cieplik, he lived in Palmer for 34 years before moving to Wilbraham in 1995. He was employed as a barber in Springfield, a gun fitter at Smith & Wesson for 28 years, and after retirement he drove a van for special needs students for LPVEC. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, a son Stephen (Vicki) of Somers, CT, a daughter Leslie (Matthew) Polimeno of Tewksbury, MA and six grandchildren, Lauren, Sarah and Nicholas Polimeno and Gabriel, Dylan and Alexa Kukulka. He also leaves an aunt Joan Smith and many cousins. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 5th from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham, concluding with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in St. Aloysius Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Holyoke Soldiers’ Home, 110 Cherry St., Holyoke, MA 01040 or to Immaculate Conception Church, 25 Parker St., Indian Orchard, MA 01151.
