Obituary
Robert J. Farnsworth, 69, left this earth on Oct. 31, 2022. God granted Robert peace after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s. Born in Ludlow to Norman and Helen Farnsworth, he was a resident of Wilbraham before moving to Ludlow. Robert was employed for many years at Pratt & Whitney. He loved to work on automobiles and architectural design. “Fonz” was loved by many, especially his family members. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 45 years, Kathy Farnsworth, his son Shawn Farnsworth of Ludlow, his granddaughter Ava May Farnsworth, whom he loved and adored. She could bring the brightest twinkle to his eyes. Robert also leaves his mother Helen Farnsworth of Wilbraham, his sisters Norma Houghton of Tupperlake, NY., Mary LaPierre and her husband Brian, also of Tupperlake, NY., and Jean Babineau and her husband John of Wilbraham. Calling Hours will be held on SATURDAY, Nov. 5th from 9 to 11 AM at the WILBRAHAM FUNERAL HOME, 2551 BOSTON RD., WILBRAHAM. Burial will follow the Calling Hours in Hillcrest Cemetery, Monson, MA. The family would like to thank all the wonderful and compassionate caregivers for the best care he received at home. God Bless each and every one of you.
