Rene L. Paradis

Rene L. Paradis, 97, passed away Saturday December 5, 2015 at a local nursing home with his loving granddaughter by his side. Born in Biddeford, ME, September 20, 1918, he was the son of the late Eugene and Maria (Courtois) Paradis. Rene served in the US Navy and was a WWII veteran. He worked at the former American Bosch Company for many years retiring in 1982. Rene enjoyed traveling across the country with his late wife, Rita (Pelletier) Paradis who died in 2005. He leaves his beloved daughters, Judith Ross and her husband George of New Bern, NC, and Joanne LaValley of Lakeland, FL, his loving grandchildren, Darren Ross and his wife Andrea, Ryan Ross and his wife Amy, Justin Matthess, Jeremy Matthess, Jennifer Lavigne and Briana and her husband Staff Sergeant Jeff Nolin, 9 beloved great grandchildren and former son in law Gary Matthess of Ludlow. The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday December 12, 2015 at 9 am at St. Cecilia�s Church, 42 Main St., Wilbraham, with burial to follow in St Anne�s Cemetery, Three Rivers.
