Phyllis Kerstetter

Phyllis Kerstetter (née Forkey) was born June 25, 1936, and passed away in Milford, MA, on February 1, 2023 at age 86. Phyllis was the widow of Frank U. Kerstetter Sr.

Phyllis will be deeply missed by her children, Frank U. Kerstetter Jr. of Fort Smith, MT, and Sandra Jahrling and her husband Kurt of Uxbridge, MA, along with their daughters Ashley Jahrling Bannon, and her husband, Matthew, Kori Jahrling Malouin and her husband, Matthew, and Rayann Jahrling. She will be greatly missed by her great-granddaughters, Veronica and Sabrina Malouin, and her sister, Betty Colby, of Ludlow, MA.

Phyllis was born in Ludlow, MA, and lived most of her life in Massachusetts. She loved to quilt, garden, cook and hear about the daily happenings of her family. When her hobbies became too difficult, doting on her family filled more and more of her days. Phyllis was predeceased by her siblings, brother Earl Forkey Jr. and sisters Joan Ramos and Sandra Sweeney.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Cecilia Church at 42 Main Street, Wilbraham, MA. Burial, immediately following Mass, will be at Island Pond Cemetery, Center Street, Ludlow, MA. Wilbraham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
