Obituary
Peggy J. (Wills) McKenna, 76, died peacefully on Wednesday November 11, 2020, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Pelham, MA to the late Richard and Rosamund (Burrows) Wills, she worked as a label machine operator at the former Ampad in Holyoke for 26 years then at Dinn Brothers in West Springfield for three years. She was predeceased by her husband John McKenna in 2011. She is survived by her three children: Veronica McKenna (Lynn Pilon) of Springfield, Joan Jarest (Ronald) of Springfield and John McKenna, Jr. (Angela) of Ludlow, brother Albert Wills of Montague, sisters: Helen Foss of Auburn, ME, Susan Williams of Lewiston, ME and Belinda Barrus of Springfield, seven grandchildren: Amy, Russell, Kaitlyn, Erika, J.J., Patrick and Nicholas and great grandchildren: Brenna and Michael and Baby Heneghan, expected in December. Peggy was also predeceased by her brother Richard Wills and sisters Sylvia Dahlquist and Nancy Marlow. A private Funeral Service will be held in MA Veterans’ Cemetery, Agawam. Wilbraham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
