Patricia Keiser

Patricia (Thomas) Keiser left us peacefully April 3, 2023. Patty passed surrounded by her family after a brave and graceful battle with Corticobasal Degeneration. She predeceased her partner Richard (Dick) Brown, with whom she shared many years on Main Street in Wilbraham. She left behind two amazing sisters whom she adored, Martha Jarvis and Susan Berte. She cherished being the mother of Peter Keiser and Abby (Keiser) Berry, but her greatest pride was in her grandchildren Emily, Matthew, Lily, Carley, and Jacob and great granddaughter Noa. Patty was a friend to so many people. She had friends from high school, friends from afar and friends from right in town. No matter how long it had been, connecting with Patty was always like picking up where you left off. Patty loved gardening, she enjoyed Cape Cod, and her favorite times were when her family gathered at her home to celebrate the holidays. She was very generous and loved giving surprises to those she loved. Patty’s sense of humor helped her get through many challenges in her life, not the least of which was the disease that altered her life path.
Patty was predeceased by her parents Ann and Lester Thomas. She left behind many friends as well as her former spouse Jack Keiser. Patty loved to laugh, and she revealed her mischievous side to those who knew her best. She was a strong woman and will be missed. The world has lost a very bright light.
Patty’s Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday 4/12 at 11:00 am at
Wilbraham United Church, 500 Main St., Wilbraham. Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilbraham Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Patty’s name to support Meg Berté Owen's Survivorship Fund at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
