Mildred E. Anderson

Mildred E. (Conant) Anderson, 81, died peacefully on Monday, September 16, 2024 at Baystate Wing Hospital. Born in Southwick to the late Charles and Mildred (Wheeler) Conant, Millie was a longtime Wilbraham resident. She was an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star, a faithful member of the former Bethesda Lutheran Church in Springfield and presently of Christ the King Epiphany Church in Wilbraham. In addition to her parents, Millie was also predeceased by her husband Robert Cleary in 2002 and her husband Walter “Whitey” Anderson in 2011, as well as her siblings; Charles Conant, Beverly Boucher and Judith Jenkins. She will be missed by her sons; Raymond Cleary and his wife Cheryl of Glendale, AZ and Joseph Cleary of Elgin, TX, granddaughter Nicole Vandenberg and three cherished great grandchildren; Colton, Preston and Tatum. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 23rd from 6-7:30PM at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham, concluding with Millie’s Funeral Service at 7:30PM. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ the King Epiphany Church, 758 Main St., Wilbraham, MA 01095.
