Obituary
Mary C. (Myers) Scheurich, 84, died peacefully on Thursday May 7, 2020. Born in Millville, NJ to the late Walter and Anna (Corson) Myers, she was a longtime Ludlow resident. She worked for many years in retail sales for Steiger’s, Filene’s and Macy’s Department Stores. She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband of 66 years John V. Scheurich, their four children: Deborah DaCruz of Ludlow, John V. Scheurich, Jr. of West Springfield, Cindy VanHooydonk and her husband John of North Sutton, NH and Barbara Fisher and her husband Michael of Wilbraham, brother in law George R. Scheurich and his wife Marion, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews as well as extended family: Kristin and John Carbone and their children. In addition to her parents, Mary was also predeceased by her son in law Armand DaCruz. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date and time to be announced. Wilbraham Funeral Home is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vero of Hampden, Resident Activity Fund, 34 Main St., Hampden, MA 01056.
