Obituary
Mark A. Davis, 65, passed away Oct 23, 2020. He was born Oct 11, 1955 to Walter and Doris (Jalbert) Davis. Mark worked for the State of Massachusetts for over 30 years with his last duties working as a Vocational Instructor. Mark enjoyed playing softball for most of his adult years where he created an endless amount of lifelong friendships.  He coached his boys in a number of youth sports for over 25 years creating lifelong bonds. More recently, he spent Mondays shooting pool and hanging out with his retirement support group.  Most of all, he enjoyed making special memories just spending time in his “domain” with his family.  Besides his parents, he leaves his wife, best friend, and soulmate, Laurie (Handzel) Davis, his three sons, which were his pride and joy; Jeremy Davis, Ryan Davis, and Tyler Davis of Palmer, MA, his brother Bruce Davis, sisters Linda Spelko and her husband John and Wendy Davis. He was predeceased by his brother Glen Davis. Mark also leaves his extended family, Glen’s wife Jane Davis, his father-in-law Joe Handzel, his mother-in-law Joan Allard and her husband Bob, brothers-in-law Mike Handzel and David Handzel and his wife Kim, sisters-in-law Debbie Bigelow and her husband Russ and Joann Casey. A Memorial Service will be held SAT 11 AM at the WILBRAHAM FUNERAL HOME, 2551 BOSTON RD., WILBRAHAM. Due to Covid Restrictions, masks are required and an occupancy capacity will be in effect for the service. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Calling Hours will be held SATURDAY from 9 to 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation in Mark’s name to the charity of your choice.
