Marjorie (Kennedy) Schubach

Marjorie Schubach (1924 - 2014 ) Wilbraham Marjorie Kennedy Schubach, 90, died peacefully on Friday, October 24, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center. A longtime Wilbraham resident, she was born in Springfield to the late Raymond Kennedy and Mary Cloonan Kennedy Sherman. Marjorie graduated from Cathedral High School and taught Adult Education classes in rug making for 42 years in the local area. A communicant of St. Cecilia�s Church, she was a member of their Women�s Club and a member of the Wilbraham Garden Club. Marjorie was predeceased by her husband Richard Schubach in 2000. She will be sadly missed by her three daughters; Cynthia Schubach of Florence, Lauren Barnes of Longmeadow and Diane Bourbeau and her husband Richard of Somers, CT, sister Diane Villagomez, two granddaughters; Julie Turner and Sarah Bourbeau and great granddaughter Elisabeth Mae Turner. Marjorie�s Funeral Mass will be Wednesday at 11:00 am at St. Cecilia�s Church, 42 Main St., Wilbraham. An hour of visitation will precede the Mass from 9:30 � 10:30 am at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Burial will be in Woodland Dell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sisters of St. Joseph Retirement Fund, Mont Marie, 34 Lower Westfield Rd., Holyoke, MA 01040-2739.
