Obituary
Linda Jean Famosi of Springfield, MA died Saturday morning 12/4/21, peacefully at her home. She was 68 years old.
Born September 29, 1953 in Waltham MA, she was a beloved daughter of the late Margaret (McCarthy) Famosi of Shelburne Falls, MA and the late Reynold Famosi of Newton, MA. Linda was raised in Waltham, MA and was a long-term resident of Western MA, before residing in Springfield, Aa. Linda enjoyed nature, loved long rides to the countryside, cooking, visiting with her friends and was always up for an adventure and having a fun time.
She is survived by her siblings Brenda Stafford of Dracut, M, Reynold Famosi Jr. of Charlemont, MA, Daniel Famosi of Brockton, MA, Patricia Bertrand of Billerica, MA, Dawn Famosi of Framingham, MA and Diana St. Cyr of Framingham, MA. In addition, she is survived by a plethora of cousins, 15 nieces and nephews, 20 great nieces and nephews, 2 great, great nephews and her dearest friend Maureen Landis.
Visiting hours will be held at Smith-Kelleher Funeral Home, 40 Church St. Shelburne Falls, MA on FRIDAY Dec 10th from 4 to 7 PM. Funeral Services will be held SAT Dec 11th at 10 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Arms Cemetery in Shelburne Falls.
