Kathleen �Kay� M. (Nutting) Bray, 67, of Palmer, was called safely home on Saturday July 25th, 2015. �Kay� grew up in Granby, MA and was educated in the local schools. She was raised by her parents, the late Leroy A. and Emilia M. Nutting. Kay married her childhood sweetheart, James A. Bray, and they recently celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary. Kay and Jim moved to Palmer where they raised their 5 children. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and attending the New Birth Christian Church in Thorndike. She also enjoyed wildlife and the beauty of nature at the Quabbin Reservoir. She is survived by her husband, James, and children: Jaimie L. Lazarick (Bondsville), Jody L. Cusson (Palmer), Martin A. Bray (Ludlow), Lisa M. Bray (Pittsfield), and William S. Bray (Palmer), and her siblings Jonathan Nutting (Belchertown), Tina Cooper (RI), along with 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Arnold (Sonny) Nutting and her very special �mother� Olga Dietz.
