Obituary
Julia Lee Richmond, 94, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 12, at Wingate of Hampden.  Julia was born August 30, 1923 in Anaheim, CA to the late James and Marie (Vernon) Murray.  Julia was an accomplished oil and water color artist.  She was a member of the former Glendale Methodist Church.  Julia served in the United States Navy in the WAVE as an Aerographer during WWII. Julia was predeceased by her beloved husband William Richmond Jr in 1964 and later by her long term partner William Viets of Nahant, MA.  She is survived by her loving sons William Richmond III and Dayle Chibnik of Plympton, MA, James Richmond and his wife Connie of Monson, and Alan Richmond and Mary Duggan of Wilbraham.  She is the cherished grandmother to Andrew and Jamie and great grandmother to Bradley and Lyra. She was the caring sister of Charity Stone of Littleton, CO and predeceased by a brother James Murray of Palm Desert, CA.  A private graveside ceremony with full military honors will take place in Glendale Cemetery in Wilbraham.  Wilbraham Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family for these arrangements.  Please visit www.wilbrahamfuneralhome.com for more information.
