Joseph N. Nascembeni

Springfield: Joseph N. Nascembeni, 96, died peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, surrounded by his family, at the Holyoke Soldier�s Home. He was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Napoleon and Mary (Contardi) Nascembeni. A proud veteran of the US Army, he worked as a selector at the former A&P Grocery. He was predeceased by his wife Theresa (Mee) Nascembeni. He will be sadly missed by his seven step children, Walter, Robert and David Mee, Beverly Sullivan, Lorraine Vasquez, Sandra Vanotti and Delia Sypek, and his niece Carol Dalton and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was also predeceased by his seven siblings; Elizabeth, Theresa, Grace, Josephine, James, Daniel and Rose. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4:00 � 7:00 pm at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Funeral will be Monday at 9:30 am from Wilbraham Funeral Home to a Mass at 11:00 am Holy Name Church, 323 Dickinson St., Springfield. Entombment will follow in Most Holy Redeemer Mausoleum at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
