Jean P. (Murphy) Goodwin

Jean P. (Murphy) Goodwin, 90, died peacefully on Tuesday, August 22, 2017. A former longtime resident of Wilbraham, Jean was born in Springfield to the late Harold and Mary Elizabeth (Tupper) Murphy. She worked for over 30 years as office manager for the former New England Life Insurance Company and was a faithful communicant of St. Cecilia�s Church in Wilbraham. Jean was predeceased by her husband Dr. Arthur Goodwin in 2011. She will be sadly missed by her son Shaun Lindley and his wife Dana of Glen Ellyn, IL, step children; Arthur Goodwin, Jr., Grant Goodwin, Meredith Henry and Allison Tarallo, brother Harold G. Murphy and two beloved grandchildren; Jamie Henry and Natalie Tarallo. Jean�s Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, August 29th at 11:00 am at St. Cecilia�s Church. Visitation will precede the Mass from 9:00 am � 10:00 am at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Burial will follow in Woodland Dell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Cecilia�s Church, 42 Main St., Wilbraham, MA 01095.
