Obituary
Irene B. (Kostyla) Williams, formerly of Springfield, died peacefully on Thursday, March 12, 2020. She was born in Chicopee to the late Jacob and Rosalie (Kupczak) Kostyla. She enjoyed fishing, camping, Cape Cod and flea markets. Irene was predeceased by her husband Burley Williams, her son Arthur Williams and her grandson Stephen Williams. She is survived by her sons: Paul Williams of Indian Orchard and Burley Williams and his wife Denise of Ware, three grandchildren: Christina and Laura Williams and Ann Marie Blake and seven great grandchildren. Family is grateful to the staff at Quaboag Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center for their wonderful care. Irene’s Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 16th at 10:30 AM at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham, MA 01095. Visitation will precede the Service from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
