Ida L. (Manferdini) Scully

Ida Louise (Manferdini) Scully, 91, died on Friday, January 30, 2015. Born in East Longmeadow to the late Ernest and Appolina (Fortini) Manferdini, she was a lifelong East Longmeadow resident. She worked for Big Y as a Front End Manager for 24 years at various Western Mass locations. Ida was predeceased by her husband Bruno Scully in 2010. She is survived by her two sons; Wayne P. Scully and his wife Michelle of Enfield, CT and Allan P. Scully of Springfield, a sister Marie Schilitching of Feeding Hills, two grandchildren; Jaclyn Prendergast and Ryan Scully and two great grandchildren; Alayna and Mia Prendergast. In addition to her husband, Ida was also predeceased by twin sister Hilda Tranghese, siblings Hugo, Pat and Evo Manferdini and Ann Vedovelli. Visitation will be held on�Tuesday February�3rd from 9:00 � 11:00 followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing Center, Resident Activity Fund, 305 Maple St., East Longmeadow, MA 01028.
