Homer Leslie Fuller, 94, of Main Street passed away Wednesday at Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Springfield on April 6th, 1921 to the late Percy and Alice (Hatch) Fuller. He lived in Hampden most of his life and was a graduate of Technical High School in Springfield. He worked for 19 yrs. for the Hampden Highway Department retiring as their Superintendent in 1986. Prior to that he worked as a self-employed farmer for years in Hampden. He was extremely dedicated to the town of Hampden and volunteered his time to serve on numerous committees over the years. He served on the Hampden Volunteer Fire Department for over 40 yrs. He was a member of the Federated Community Church in Hampden. He was the loving husband of 70 yrs. to Shirley G. (Couch) Fuller, beloved father of Beverlie A. Macaulay of Wilbraham, Bruce F. Fuller and his wife Renee of Stephenville, TX, and the late Karen Fuller, caring brother of Shirley Beckman of E. Windsor, CT, Alice Willcutt of Hampden, the late Richard Fuller, and the late Clara Richardson, devoted grandfather of Tammy Boland and her husband Michael, Kristin Peel and her husband Daniel, Joshua Fuller and his wife Mindy and Jeremy Fuller, and the cherished great grandfather of Katelyn and Patrick Boland and Dante Peel. There will be a Funeral Service Monday at 3 PM at the WILBRAHAM FUNERAL HOME, 2551 Boston Road, Wilbraham. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will precede the service at the funeral home Monday from 1-3 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in Homer�s name may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104-2396.
