Wilbraham- Gerald F. Hale, 91, passed away Tuesday February 16, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. Born in East Fairfield, VT, April 15, 1924, he was the son of the late Harold and Evelyn (Deslaurier) Hale. Gerry worked as the parts and service manager for many Ford and Lincoln Mercury Dealerships in the area for over 40 years. Gerry was a US Navy Veteran during WWII, Korea and Vietnam serving over 20 years. He was a communicant of St Cecilia�s Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus 10195, a lifetime member of the Fleet Reserve Assn. and past president of the Parts and Service Manager Assn. His beloved wife, Doris (Gobeille) Hale passed away in 2013. Gerry leaves his loving children, Ronald and his wife Nancy of Wilbraham, David and his wife Marie of Athol, Kathleen Person and her husband Howard of Holyoke, Patricia O�Connor of Clearwater, FL and Mary Muzzy and her husband Paul of Ludlow, his sister, Theresa Morach of Longmeadow, his 9 grand-children and 6 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held Tuesday 11am from the Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 12-Noon at St Cecilia�s Church with burial to follow at the Mass Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam.
