Elizabeth A. (Byrnes) Lunt

Elizabeth �Bunny� (Byrnes) Lunt, 80, died peacefully on Friday, October 30, 2015. She was born in Springfield to the late Joseph and Evelyn May (Kirkpatrick) Byrnes. She worked at the former Diamond Match Company in Springfield for over 20 years and at Rice Packaging Company in CT. She was predeceased by her husband Francis Lunt in 1996. She is survived by her two daughters; Kathleen Batt and her husband Martin of Springfield and Shirleen Ferrara and her husband John of Wilbraham and four cherished grandchildren; Brett and Jake Ferrara and Alyssa and Adam Batt. In addition to her husband, she was also predeceased by her brother Joseph Byrnes, Jr. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th from 10:00 am � 11:00 am, with a Prayer Service at 11:00 am, at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Elizabeth enjoyed being with her family most of all and will always be remembered for her loving heart.
