Elizabeth (Baltazar) Colaccino, 47, died peacefully on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born in Springfield on June 13, 1971, she was the daughter of Jose and Maria (Fernanda) Baltazar of Ludlow. She was a graduate of Ludlow High School and Our Lady of the Elms College. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Church in Ludlow and active in a Bible Study. In addition to her parents, she will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Brianna and Giavanna Colaccino, both of Ludlow, two sisters; Dalia (Baltazar) Dacruz of Naples, FL and Anabela (Baltazar) Fernandes and her husband David of Marco Island, FL, her fiancé William Lamagdelaine and his son Chase, several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins and her faithful dog Lucky. All services for Elizabeth will be private. Wilbraham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Elizabeth's name to Baystate Children’s Hospital, 280 Chestnut St., Floor 6, Springfield, MA 01199-1000.
