Edward N. Holt

Edward N. Holt, 69, died peacefully on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at home, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born in Ludlow to the late George and Evelyn (Dibble) Holt, he was a proud Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked as a Supervisor at the Bulk Mail Center of the US Post Office in Springfield until his retirement in 2006. He is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years Laurie (Jones) Holt, son Wayne E. Holt, daughter Cynthia Holt, foster daughter Carol Wildes and her wife Vicki, brothers William and Donald Holt and sister Linda Gamble. He was predeceased by his sister Jean LaPlante and brothers Roger and Robert Holt. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 22nd from 5:00-8:00pm at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Edward�s Funeral Service will be Thursday at 11:00 am at Wilbraham Funeral Home followed by burial with Military Honors at 1:00pm in MA Veterans� Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam.
