Obituary
Dorothy (McClure) Faber, 87, died peacefully on Friday, May 13, 2022. Born in Springfield, she was a graduate of Chicopee High School and was a longtime East Longmeadow resident. Dorothy was a faithful communicant of St. Michael's Church in East Longmeadow, where she taught 2nd grade CCD, was a lector and a Minister of Communion. She is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Edward H. Faber, their devoted sons; Alan P. Faber and his wife Bonnie and Gary Faber, two cherished grandsons; Nicholas and Michael, cousin David DiSciacca and dear family friend Julio Carreras. Dorothy was predeceased by her mother Emily M. (Strezmpek) McClure, Aunt Irene DiSciacca and two loving uncles. Dorothy’s Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Wilbraham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
