Obituary
Denise Marie Proulx, of Chicopee MA, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2022 at the age of 62. She is pre-deceased by her father, Jean Proulx and survived by her mother, Charlotte Proulx of Enfield, CT; her daughter, Nicole Cruz and family of New Port Richie, FL; her sisters, Michelle Smith and family; Muriel Gilfoil and family, Renee Pierce and family as well as her brothers Bob Proulx and family and Norman Proulx and family. Denise graduated from Putnam High School in 1983. She worked at Walmart from 1998-2011 and the DollarTree from 2012-2018. Denise had a quick wit, she loved to laugh and be with her family. She loved people and was always the first to make conversation. She also loved animals and coloring. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Services will be privately held and Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Td., Wilbraham is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Denise’s name to Compassus Hospice,243 King St., Suite 239, Northampton, MA 01060.
