Catherine U. Everett

Catherine U. Everett, 91, died peacefully on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at Vantage Health and Rehabilitation Center in Westfield. She was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late George and Jane (Darcy) Matison. She was predeceased by her husband Herbert Everett, Sr. and her daughter Hilda Rooney. Catherine is survived by her children; Margaret Reed of Ludlow, George Everett of Feeding Hills, Herbert Everett, Jr. of Longmeadow and William Everett of Warrenton, VA, 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Family and friends may meet for Catherine’s Graveside Service on Monday, March 4th at 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Park Cemetery, 895 Parker St., Springfield. Wilbraham Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
