Carmella �Mally� Rosalie (Zuccala) Villamaino, 84, died surrounded by her loving family on March 8, 2015. She was born in Springfield to the late Vincenzo and Theresa (Ascone) Zuccala. She attended Cathedral High School and retired from the Springfield Carpenter�s Union in 1995. Mally�s whole world was her family, cooking countless Sunday dinners that were enjoyed by everyone. She was a beautiful woman inside and out, full of life and kindness, providing inspiration to all those she touched. An avid Red Sox fan, she also enjoyed playing cards, especially Pitch, and going to the casinos. Mally loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren with all of her heart. A wise and compassionate woman, the heavens will welcome Mally as an angel. She was predeceased by the love of her life Enrico �Zeke� Villamaino in 2011. She leaves six children; Teresa Lalli of Feeding Hills, Enrico �Ricky� Villamaino Jr. and his partner Nancy Raducha of Enfield, CT, Vincent Villamaino and his wife Anne-Marie (Borden) of Hampden, Margaret Pietroniro and her husband Luigi Joseph of Springfield, David Villamaino and his wife Teresa (Raby) of East Longmeadow and Katherine Cronin and her husband David of East Longmeadow, twelve grandchildren; Carla (Lalli) Trolio and her husband Daniel of West Hartford, CT, Farah Lalli of Boston, Enrico Villamaino, III and his wife Courtney Llewellyn of New Orleans, LA, Cody Villamaino and his wife Judith Fernandez of Los Angeles, CA, Shane Villamaino of Los Angeles, CA, Nicholas Villamaino and his partner Graziana Esposito of Carpi, Italy, Timothy and Katie Villamaino of Hampden, Lina Pietroniro of Enfield, CT, Corey Villamaino and his partner Lisa DiLuzio of Springfield, Madison Villamaino of East Longmeadow and Thomas Cronin of East Longmeadow, and five great grandchildren; Luca and Dominic Trolio of West Hartford, CT, Tea Villamaino of Carpi, Italy, Jacob Villamaino of Los Angeles, CA, Melody Villamaino of Springfield and Matt Fernandez of Los Angeles, CA. Mally leaves one surviving sister Josephine Sferrazza of Enfield, CT and sister in laws; Rose Zuccala of East Longmeadow, Jean Peterson of Easthampton and Mary Villamaino of Springfield, as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by seven siblings; Anna, Immaculata, Frank, Joseph, Luigi, Augustino and Pasquale Zuccala and her beloved son in law Sergio Bruno Lalli and her brother in law Charles Sferrazza. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th from 3:00 � 7:00 pm at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Family and friends may meet for Mally�s Funeral Mass on Friday at 9:45 am at St. Michael�s Church, 128 Maple St., East Longmeadow. Burial will follow at MA Veterans� Cemetery, Agawam. Memorial contributions may be made in Mally�s name to the Carmella R. Villamaino Scholarship Fund, c/o Monson Savings Bank, 15 Somers Rd., Hampden, MA 01036.
