Carlo C. Daniele

Carlo C. Daniele, 88, died peacefully on Monday, October 7, 2024, at home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Springfield to the late Enrico and Vittoria (Albano) Daniele, he was a longtime Wilbraham resident. He was a proud US Army veteran, serving in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and a key player for the Army baseball team. He worked as an engineer at Bay State Gas Co. for almost 35 years, until his retirement. Carlo and his wife Patricia owned and operated the former Falcon Lounge for 30 years and Carlo was a founding member of the Wilbraham Softball League. An avid hunter, he enjoyed many hunting trips with his brother Carmino at his camp in Otis. Carlo will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of 61 years, Patricia (Siano) Daniele, their sons; Carlo Daniele of Denver, CO and Richard Daniele of Somers, CT, granddaughters; Isabella Urioste and Ella Daniele. He also leaves his siblings; Gerald Daniele of Springfield and Lucy Daniele of Longmeadow, as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Carlo was also predeceased by his sister; Louise Gianfelice and her husband James, his sister Anna (Nita) Daniele, his sister-in-law Cynthia Daniele, his brother Carmino Daniele and his niece Elizabeth Gianfelice. Carlo’s Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
