Brenda J. (Hubbard) Nason

Brenda Joyce (Hubbard) Nason, 70, loving mother and grandmother, died suddenly Wednesday, May 6th at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. She is survived by her daughter Corrine Lindblad, son in law Michael and grandchild Richard Johnson. She is also survived by her sister Carol Knybel, special brother in law Vic Knybel, sister in law Earlene Hamilton and her nieces and nephews whom she treasured. Brenda was predeceased by her youngest daughter Bonnie Nason Sticca Stuart, her beloved sister Faith L. Friss, her parents George Clayton and Marion Alma Hubbard, husband Richard G. Nason, a brother George C. Hubbard, her brothers in law Raymond E. Friss, Cliff Leary and Harold Hamilton, mother in law Gerene Nason and father in law Earl Nason and her nephew Neil B. Roiter. Brenda wished to specially thank her lifelong best friend Marie Fiorentino for her love, attention and care for the past several years. She also wished to acknowledge the special friendship of Gerry. The family would also like to thank the staff of Wingate at Springfield for their devotion and kindness to Brenda. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 9th at 11:00 am at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Visitation will precede the Service from 10-11:00 am at Wilbraham Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Agawam Center Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wingate at Springfield, 215 Bicentennial Highway, Springfield, MA 01118.
