Barbara A. (Sando) Speight

Barbara Ann (Sando) Speight, 49, died on March 8, 2015. Born in Rochester, NY, she graduated from East Longmeadow High School in 1983, attended Holyoke Community College and worked for many years as a telephone operator. Barbara is survived by her parents Eugene and Mary (Sherman) Sando of East Longmeadow, two sons; Thomas J. Speight, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA and Michael E. Speight of Agawam, one brother David E. Sando of Springfield, two sisters; Kathleen Grudgen and her husband Martin of East Longmeadow and Julie Brown and her husband Rick of Somers, CT, her former husband Thomas J. Speight of Venice, FL as well as several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may meet for Barbara�s Funeral Mass on Saturday, March 14th at 10:30 am at St. Michael�s Church, 128 Maple St., East Longmeadow. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Springfield. Wilbraham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
