Obituary
Barbara (Dudeck) Papuga, 80, died peacefully on Sunday, October 9, 2022. She was born in Chicopee to the late Peter and Helen (Mruk) Dudeck. She was a beloved teacher’s aid in the Ludlow school system for many years until her retirement and was a longtime, faithful communicant of Christ the King Church in Ludlow. Barbara was predeceased by her beloved husband Stanley Papuga, Jr. in 2018 and her sister Margaret Ronoghan. She will be sadly missed by her four devoted children; Tracey Goncalves and her husband Antonio, Sharon Sedelow, Anthony Papuga and his wife Sandra and Mark Papuga and his wife Susan, her sister Eileen Riordan and her husband William, nine cherished grandchildren; Alyssa, Aimee, Allisen, Siearra, Anastacia, Savannah, Kailah, Lydia, Bryan and Kerrigan Rae and great granddaughter Brinleigh-Jean. Barbara’s Funeral Mass will be Thursday, October 13 at 1:00PM at Christ the King Church in Ludlow. Visitation will precede the Mass from 10:00 AM – 12 Noon at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to easterseals, 22 Prestige Park Circle, East Hartford, CT 06108.
