Anne Peplinski

Anne Peplinski, 65, died peacefully on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Life Care Center of Auburn. Born in Holyoke to the late Edward and Joan (Fenn) Jasinski, she was raised in Chicopee and lived most of her life in Wilbraham. She attended Holyoke Community College and was active in local greyhound rescues. Anne will be sadly missed by her cherished daughters; Elizabeth Peplinski DeSousa (Rich DeSousa) of Sturbridge and Alison Peplinski (fiancé Evan Shields) of Springfield and devoted brother Peter Jasinski (Carol) of South Hadley. She was also predeceased by her brother Jack Jasinski. Anne was an excellent cook with sass for days. She loved to curl up with a good book and a glass of wine. Anne was also an avid Red Sox fan who never missed a game. The only thing she loved as much as her family, the beach and Irish music was Papi, her blondie boy. We take comfort in knowing he was there to greet her on the other side. Anne’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023 at 11am at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Burial will be private.
