Anne E. (Coleman) Fitzgibbon

Anne E. (Coleman) FitzGibbon passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at home. Born October 30, 1929 in Springfield, MA, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Leah B. (LaFleur) Coleman. Anne was a resident of East Longmeadow since 1995 and was a communicant of St. Michael�s Church. She was employed at Shawmut Bank, Springfield where she was in charge of the safe deposit boxes. She was predeceased by her husband, John D. FitzGibbon in 1980 and son, John Michael FitzGibbon in 2006. Anne is survived by her children: Anne E. Joubert, Mark F. FitzGibbon, James P. FitzGibbon and Mary K. Gleason, one brother-in-law Daniel V. FitzGibbon and wife Barbara, sister-in-law Linda J. FitzGibbon, nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren. A Memorial Mass for Anne and her son John Michael will be held on Monday, October 17th at 10:00 am at St. Michael�s Church. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael�s Church, 128 Maple St., East Longmeadow, MA 01028. Wilbraham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
