Anna T. (Anthony) Pugliano

Anna T. (Anthony) Pugliano, 97, died peacefully on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. She was born in Waterbury CT. Anna was the daughter of the late John and Jenny Anthony. She was predeceased by her husband of 71 years, Jasper J. Pugliano in 2010. They together owned and operated The Ideal Food Market in Springfield for many years. She will be sadly missed by her son Joseph Pugliano and his wife Linda with whom she lived, her daughter Jean Cavanaugh and her husband Frank, all of East Longmeadow and her brother George Foster of Springfield. She also leaves three grandchildren; Stephen Pugliano, Joanne Cavanaugh Nichting and Barbara Cavanaugh Purcell and six great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th from 5:00 � 7:00 pm at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Anna�s Funeral Service will be Saturday at 10:00 am at Wilbraham Funeral Home followed by burial in St. Michael�s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
