Alan E. Dudley, 88, died peacefully on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Heritage Hall South in Agawam. Born in Palmer to the late Roy and Alice (Mackie) Dudley, he was a proud Army Veteran of World War II. He attended Emerson College and worked as a Sales Manager for the former Lorillard Company for 30 years until his retirement. A member of the Sixteen Acres Lions Club, he volunteered for Meals on Wheels of East Longmeadow and was a member of Friends of Heritage Park. He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years Patricia (Brown) Dudley, daughter Allison Ebner and her husband Michael of East Longmeadow, brother Richard Dudley of Holyoke, sisters Alice Sazama and Nancy Devine, both of West Springfield, cousin Shirley Letellier of West Springfield and cherished granddaughter Kayla Ebner. Alan was predeceased by his brothers Roy and Neil Dudley and sister Mary Derby. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 22nd from 3:00 � 5:00pm at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham. Burial with Military Honors will take place on Thursday at 10:00am in MA Veterans� Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam. Memorial contributions may be made to Holyoke Soldiers� Home, 110 Cherry St., Holyoke, MA 01040 or Hospice of Western MA, 1325 Springfield St., #12, Feeding Hills, MA 01030.
